At Yenarinn Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining the high quality of service our guests expect.

Standard Reservations

48+ hours before check-in	Full refund
24-48 hours before check-in	One night's room charge
Less than 24 hours/No-show	Full reservation charge

Package Reservations

For casino hotel packages including gaming credits, spa services, or adventure activities:

• 7+ days notice: Full refund
• 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Group Bookings

For groups of 5 rooms or more:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund
• 14-29 days notice: 75% refund
• 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Special Events and Peak Seasons

During peak seasons, holidays, and special events:

• 14+ days notice: Full refund
• 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Spa and Dining Reservations

• Spa appointments: 24 hours notice required for full refund
• Restaurant reservations: 4 hours notice required
• Private dining events: 48 hours notice required

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, etc.), our casino hotel may modify this cancellation policy. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. For casino hotel packages with gaming credits, separate refund policies may apply to the gaming portion.

Modifications

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and rate differences. Changes made within cancellation periods may be subject to penalties.
